Offensive, over the top violent and occasionally funny. I've avoided Boll's movies, but this one isn't too bad. Kinda reminded me of a troma movie.
I hate like this move. As much preching as I did against Uwe Boll and I acctuly liked this. I'm not saying it was made well, and someparts are bla. However as a whole it is just so over the top that is still somehow surprises you in this day and age. I also felt the acting worked really well for the film. Damn that hurt, but this is worth a watch.
Never heard of ths VG, but it is one. Should be mad, bad and dangerous to know - well it is, just for the wrong reasons. Only this man can take a shit idea and make it more shitty as opposed to loveable shitty. Moments, but only moments.....oh and bikini girls with guns, oh and he gets killed. Just a film though.
Obviously, to say this is the best Uwe Boll film I've seen is faint praise. The thing is, it's still not very good. Boll's idea of comedy is very broad and not really executed in a way that is actually funny. The "cutting edge" sociopolitical humor could have been written by a ten year old. The saving grace is that the whole thing is like watching a train wreck.
Also, a must if you've ever wanted long, loving shots of full frontal Dave Foley.
